1. Product Performance: This R&D Center is equipped with two ambient controlled testing chambers (Photo) which can provide all necessary performance data. This Center not only approves performance of newly developed products, it can set up production system which can provide the most efficient mass production methods (Photo). The production system is based on Toyota JIT system. 2. Quality Assurance: This center has high stress test operettas, vacuum & high pressure test equipments. All products will be stress tested, and must be able to withstand at least 300.000 cycles for required operating pressure. One of the major air conditioning companies in Japan has approved our products for R410a application (300.000 cycles, -1 to 42 bars). 3. New application: We are now in development stage in new area where no other BPHE manufacture has stepped into. We are now at the final stage of testing heat exchanger for high pressure application. (i.e.: Carbon Dioxide) This special BPHE can withstand much higher pressure than any existing model. (working pressure at 100 bars). Just completed development of special BPHE for Air Compressor Dryers (Patent Granted) which has high performance which no other maker has been able to achieve in both performance and cost effectiveness. This BPHE has three functions in one, Precooler-Reheater, Evaporator and Water separator. Due to high efficiency of the heat exchanger, the air dryer has the lowest pressure drop ever known (only 7 kPa at 7 bars). This is 1/3 of any other existing BPHE. These units will soon be the standard for major air compressors manufacturer in Japan. |
